Services

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION

The sessions are an active, co-creative engagement or process between practitioner/consultant and client.  Change is never forced: rather it is an invitation.  You might start to notice things which you weren't aware of previously, become aware of new patterns, questions or possibilities emerging.  Everyone experiences the sessions in their own way.  There is no right or wrong way.  Everyone is a unique expression.

Before and in between sessions, it is helpful to remain attentive to your body and its needs, desires and requests as these might change and appear totally out of the ordinary for you.  Please be adequately hydrated before each session and ask if your body requires salt, sugar, water or energy afterwards.

For some of the sessions, it can be helpful to create a quiet, undisturbed space for yourself while we work together.  Please honour your own process and allow time to prepare for each session.

If you have booked a Business Mistress session, it will be somewhat different as I may or may not be working directly with you, depending on what you and your business or project require.  However, you may notice changes in your own functioning as a result of the energetic work that I do with your business, or project.  It is normal, and if you have any concerns about what is showing up, contact me.

WHAT CAN CHANGE IN A SESSION?

In one short answer - anything!!  I use many different tools for catalysing energetic and conscious change, including sound, questions, some of the tools from Access Consciousness® and my own sensory perception.  All are used to gather information and find the harmonious outcome that you would like to create.

It is important to acknowledge that I am not ‘doing’ anything to you - I work with you, and you always have choice.  The outcome of the session or consultation will be based on the choices that you are willing or not willing to make to shift beyond the current situation.

LOCATION

I live in England - GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or BST (British Summer Time) zones - and am available for consultations online via Zoom.

AVAILABILITY

Monday to Friday usually, with weekend sessions on request.  Please check the Schedule page to see when I am available.  You will need to click on the particular service you wish to purchase to find a time slot.

SESSION PAYMENT

Please pay in full when you arrange your session.  Some of the sessions offer different payment choices such as minimum amount and you can choose to add more.  I wish to include as many people as possible in creating different living.  You are not excluded if you can’t pay with money.  Ask me about other possibilities.

SESSION CANCELLATIONS and refunds

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your session time.  Missed appointments and those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances and subject to my discretion.

ONLINE SESSIONS, CLASSES AND EVENTS

As of February 2021, all client sessions, classes and events are held via the internet using the Zoom platform. They are recorded and are available to those who attended, depending on the type of call. By attending, you are indicating your agreement to be included in the recording and you are also agreeing to usage for research, marketing or personal purposes of some or all of the text, photos, videos from the session, class or event. You can remain off-screen if you choose. Janine Greaves claims ownership and copyright of the audio and video recordings for now and future use.

Class and Event Payments

You will be asked to pay in full when you book your place in the class or event.  If you have a strong impulse to attend but your financial means are stretched, contact me and ask about other possibilities before registering.

When you register for the class or event, it will begin.  This is a phenomenon that is common with the types of class or event that I create.  The energies and consciousness of the class begin to integrate with you and you in turn begin to contribute to the creation of the class or event.  You are already participating.

Class and Event Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your place in the class the following will apply:

  • more than two (2) weeks before the class/event start - full fee minus £15 admin fee will be refunded

  • less than two (2) weeks before the class/event start - no refund is available unless in exceptional circumstances and subject to my discretion.

If you choose to leave the class once it has begun, the full class fee is not refundable.

If I have to cancel or postpone the class or event due to circumstances beyond my control, I will offer a full refund.

SAFETY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND CODE OF ETHICS

I respect and uphold your individual right to choose whether or not to work with me and my team.  My services are complementary to, and not intended to be a substitute for, any orthodox or holistic treatment that you may be receiving and/or medication you are taking.  Responsibility for seeing to and continuing with your own medical treatment and care lies solely with you. 

I abide by professional codes of conduct of Access Consciousness® and the Spiritual Workers Association.  I do not subscribe to particular religious views nor do I officially represent any organisation mentioned in these pages.

LIABILITY

It is your responsibility to declare all medical conditions at the outset or obtain the consent of your doctor before a session if you are unsure.  If you are taking certain medications, such as anti-psychotic or anti-depressant drugs, I may need to ask you for more clarity on the situation so that I can ascertain if my services are a good match for what you are seeking.

An appointment for any intuitive energy work is not legally binding, neither is it a substitute for the consultation of medical, psychological, legal or financial professionals.  You may be given information that could bring about positive change in your life but any choices you make are your own personal and legal responsibility.

Products

Agreement

By beginning the process of filling in the form and meeting me online, you are entering into an agreement with me to create an item, or items, of jewellery or other as we determine.

If it is clear to you after the initial meeting that you do not wish to proceed with the project, please inform me. If we agree to continue, I will source the required materials to make the item, or items, and send you the quotation based on the current pricing of each component. If you do not like the jewellery designs you are free to pull out of the agreement and we will not take the process any further. If you accept the quotation, we will be entering into a legally, morally and ethically binding agreement.

The quotation will be valid for a maximum of fourteen (14) days. I cannot guarantee that the stock will be available either within that period or beyond, which means that I may offer you an equal, or if possible better, alternative within the same cost park to one or more of the initially agreed components if they are not in stock when I place the order. Your speed of response is paramount.

Once you have accepted the quotation, payment of 50% of the quoted amount is immediately due and payable and not refundable if you change your mind during the process.

The balance of cost is immediately due and payable upon completion of the item, or items. I will send you photos of the completed item, or items, and confirm when they are back from hallmarking, then will arrange for them to be delivered by courier or other means that we can agree.

Bespoke Orders

Once you have sent me your form and booked the Bespoke Consultation, please gather the necessary information and bring it with you to the consultation.  Based on what we discuss, I will sketch some designs and get back to you for your comments and questions.

There is allowance for two amendments to the design.  If you still require further amendments, then we will re-assess the brief and decide the way forward.  

If there is a specific time-frame that you would like to keep, such as an anniversary or birthday, please set this commissioning process in motion well in advance and tell me the relevant date.  Sometimes the materials are delayed, and the Hallmarking process requires an additional week, sometimes more depending on local situations, to be built into the making time.

Quotations

I will be able to give possible costs as I’m drafting the designs but I will not be able to give the full cost until you have agreed the final design.  All quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days from date of issue. I will base the quotation on what materials are currently in stock with my suppliers. However, I cannot guarantee that the same stock will be there when I come to place the order, therefore your speed of response is paramount to avoid disappointment.

Materials Availability

The gems and metals that I use are subject to availability, both from the suppliers and from the mines. I do not hold a large amount of stock of each style, size and shape of gem or metal, which means that I order the exact amounts required to fulfil your commission. All quotations are also subject to the ongoing availability of the items required. If, when I receive your confirmation of the quotation, some of the stock items are no longer available, I will do my best to offer you at least one equal, or if possible better, alternative within the same cost park. If the alternative doesn’t meet your approval we will cancel the agreement between us.

Material price fluctuations

Precious metals, and some gemstones, are subject to price fluctuations on a daily basis.  Please note that if the price fluctuates more than 5% between the date of quotation and your date of acceptance and my ordering, I reserve the right to ask for the difference in price of the materials ordered.  If the price is more than 15% of the original quoted price, I will not proceed with the ordering until we have spoken and agreed either to continue at the higher cost, or to re-design the project.

Payment

Upon acceptance of the quotation 50% of the agreed cost is due and payable immediately, and the balance is due and payable upon completion.  Should you change your mind about the commission, the initial payment is not refundable.

Online Shop Purchases

Wherever possible we give clear information on weight, size and description.  If anything in the listing is unclear, please ask for more information before purchasing the item.

Copyright

All designs under the Blue Fyre brand are copyright Janine Greaves and Blue Fyre.  Janine Greaves and Blue Fyre retain the right to use photos of the items for promotional purposes and as examples to other clients of possible designs.  We undertake to maintain your privacy in connection with every purchase.  Once you have purchased the item, or items, and we have received the funds you have full ownership of the jewellery in perpetuity.  Please respect the intellectual copyright and do not amend the design in any way without talking to Janine Greaves first.

In the instance of damage or breakage of the item, please contact Janine Greaves and Blue Fyre to discuss the possibilities for repair.

Guarantee

I guarantee my work for one year.  Jewellery is subject to ‘wear and tear’ and I ask that you be aware of situations that would potentially damage your jewellery, taking care to avoid such events.  I am also aware that accidents do happen, and I will happily work with you to find a solution in that event.

Blue Fyre offers one complementary re-string of Pearl, Opal and other gem necklaces and bracelets within three (3) years of purchase or receipt.  You will receive a voucher with your jewellery that you will need to present with the item should you wish to take advantage of that service.

Blue Fyre also offers repair and maintenance services for Opal and gem necklaces, bracelets and earrings. There will be minimal costs incurred to replace items such as gimp (French Wire), crimp tube or wire, or perhaps a bead that was damaged. Please contact me to discuss this further.

Care of your jewellery

You will receive printed information with the item/s that you purchase.  Please follow the instructions carefully as I have researched many possibilities and find that my suggestions work well to maintain the gems in good condition.  There are further, more detailed, instructions for cleaning the Opals, Pearls or other items with simple home technology here and in other articles under the Care topic if you would like to know more.

Please Note: Opals and Pearls should NOT be cleaned using steam or ultra-sound as they are likely to fracture and break.  Do not expose the Opals to extremes of temperature, and do not swim, shower, engage in sporting activities whilst wearing them.  The heat or cold, water or strong activity can compromise the integrity of the gems and the design and lead to breakage. 

Janine Greaves and Blue Fyre will not be responsible for damage to you or your Blue Fyre jewellery under any circumstances.
